About Us
The Heart of the Lakes Chapter is located in east central Minnesota. Covering Clay, Becker and Otter Tail counties. Current membership is about 75, and we're always eager to meet more!
Membership is open to anyone interested in promoting freedom of choice, whether you own or ride a motorcycle or not. The wishes of the members are carried out by their elected Board of Directors, and their local chapters.
